John + Allison: Wedding at Morton Arboretum, Lisle, IL

As a city-dweller, it's important to have sacred spaces outside of the urban hustle and bustle. And for the last two years, that place for us has been the Morton Arboretum. With beautiful gardens, manicured hedges, and enough forest to walk through to truly feel lost in nature, it is a diamond in the western suburbs of Chicago. And so when John and Allison asked us to photograph their autumn wedding at the Arboretum, we swooned. It was an incredible day, with a sun-filled outdoor ceremony, a garden party to top any and all other garden parties, and a couple so deeply in love it was tangible. We hope you enjoy these images from their lovely day, and we look forward to sharing the video of John and Allison's wedding in the next few weeks!

Pavan + Shilpy: Wedding at Bridgeport Art Center, Chicago, IL

There are few more colorful events than an Indian wedding, and as was the case for Pavan and Shilpy, few more loving and joyful couples to be wed. Old traditions mixed with new, family and friends from all over, good food and enthusiastic dancing: these are things that truly make for a fantastic celebration, and that's exactly what the day held. Enjoy these stunning photos from their wedding day, and look for the lovely couple's wedding video in the next few weeks!

Oren + Danielle: Wedding at Morgan Manufacturing, Chicago, IL

Few things make for a more glamorous day than a sunset wedding and cocktail hour on the rooftop of Chicago's Morgan Manufacturing in the city's West Loop neighborhood. It was a detailed and finely curated event, from the bride's personally designed dress, to the ornate table arrangements, all the way to the late-night party snacks, catered by Chicago's very own Weiner's Circle (and if you haven't heard of them, do yourself a favor and go get a truly authentic Chicago-style hot dog). We're excited to share these images from the day with you, and look for the video to follow in the next few weeks!

Scott + Emma: Wedding at Bridgeport Art Center, Chicago

It was such a joy to take part in the gorgeous wedding of Scott and Emma, and all that it entailed. From the gardens at the Art Institute, to the steps of the Adler Planetarium, to their ceremony and reception at Bridgeport Art Center, the love these two have for each other was so evident throughout the entire day, and the celebration of that love was truly a once-in-a-lifetime event.

Chris + Kasia: Wedding at Brotherhood Winery, NY

Vivir Mi Vida
Marc Anthony

Okay, first things first: this blog post has a soundtrack to it. So before you read further or look at the pictures of Chris and Kasia's New Jersey/New York wedding, hit play (above) and let "Vivir Mi Vida" by Marc Anthony be your guide (and maybe whip up a quick mojito or two to really set the mood). Because when you shoot a wedding where both the bride and groom grew up in Miami and half the attendees are Cuban...Well, let's just say my wife had to keep reminding me that I'm not Cuban, and to stop trying to move my hips like I was. But please, get in the mood first.

Chris and Kasia's wedding was one of the most joyful and truly heartfelt days we've ever had the privilege of photographing and filming. I cannot do their full story of how they met and fell in love justice, but suffice it to say it is one of those stories you hear and simultaneously say "how in the world did this ever work out" and at the same time "there is no way this could've ended any differently or more perfectly." And it is a story full of the kind of love for each other that radiates outward, and is a delight to be around. These two feel like family, and it was an honor to document the opening chapter of their new life together.

Enjoy these images from their wedding below, and check back next week as we post the highlight video we captured during the day!

Andrew + Kaitie: Wedding at First Presbyterian Church, Pittsburgh

When "Gatsby" is the standard, there's a lot of class and elegance to be lived up to for a wedding. But the degree of taste and sophistication (not to mention the flood of white, black and gold) would've done F. Scott Fitzgerald proud, and was a dream to capture as photographers.

Andrew and Kaitie had a thoroughly Pittsburgh wedding, getting married at First Presbyterian Church in the downtown area followed by a reception overlooking the cityscape at Le Mont restaurant. And through spats of drizzling rain (which did nothing to deter the beauty of the day) we took wedding party photos on the steps of the magnificent Mellon Institute of Industrial Research. It was a black bow-tie and gold sparkling dress affair, not to mention a day filled with boundless joy as we celebrated our dear friends and newlyweds, Mr. and Mrs. Stoddard. Here are some of our favorites from the day:
